Pau Víctor signs first team contract

FC Barcelona has always been a club where the most talented young players have the opportunity to shine. Although competition is fierce, those who stand out often enjoy significant chances. Securing those opportunities at a club like Barcelona is a major challenge in itself.

Nonetheless, some players manage to rise above this challenge and become valuable assets for the club. Such players are highly appreciated by the Catalan giants, and given their current financial situation, relying on youth has become even more crucial.

Last season, a young striker named Pau Victor made a strong impression with Barcelona Atletic while on loan from Girona under Rafa Marquez's management. His impressive goal-scoring record was convincing enough for the club to permanently sign him this summer.

Since then, Barcelona has been repaid by the player through an impressive performance during the first team’s preseason tour. His goal tally once again led his peers and teammates, clearly demonstrating why the club values him so highly.

Now, according to official Barcelona sources, the player has been rewarded with a new contract. The 22-year-old Spanish striker has signed a deal with FC Barcelona that will keep him at the club until 2029, as detailed in the announcement.
